How did you do the transition from formula to cows milk

You put half formula and half cows milk and pay special attention to bowel movements. If you transition to cup Buy the cups with the large handles and the soft tops that feel as soft as a mothers breast. but pay attention to milk because some babies do not adjust quickly or well to cows milk. If baby has bad bowel movements give skim milk. Definitely take away bottles Now!

i gave him cows milk first a little diluted with water and then when i felt it suited it i gave it to me as it is. i used to add a spoon o some like concentrate like bournvita .

I am sure by now he is had dairy products (milk, yogurt & cheeses) so u know he is not allergic. I'd simply just switched over, no transition. Cow is milk is much sweeter & better tasting as compared to formula. If ur really want to transition then maybe give him a bottle/cup with milk for one or two of his daily intake rather than formula. I'd certainly just switch him over cold turkey onto cups with milk & be done with bottles & formula. I'd also consider eliminating the bedtime one all together as well at this point. Nothing was more annoying than cleaning bottles & making formula for me. My three never had a hard time switching to milk what so ever.

One feeding in a bottle at night was usually how I weaned my daughter off her last bottle. Feed your baby from a sippy cup that wo not spill or leak. When you take the last bottle away then do not give it back, stay with the sippy cups all the time then.
